Located just a minute off the Donner Pass Road exit is a hidden gem called Coffeebar Bakery. They’ve got lots of sweet and savory items ranging from donut holes to croissants as well as sandwiches and baked bread. During our last visit to truckee, we tried the ham & cheese croissant and an almond croissant. Both were perfectly flakey and delicious and sealed our opinion that this is one of the best bakeries in Truckee.
