One of the best things about Wild Cherries is their reasonable prices. A small coffee or tea is just $3-4. Baked goods like muffins and scones range from $5-8, with breakfast sandwiches from $6-8. Handcrafted espresso drinks a bit more expensive and they start at $6.
The cozy space has limited seating with just a few small tables. Many people opt to order drinks and treats to go as they explore nearby Truckee shops on foot. There is a lawn area outside of the shop, especially if you have a four-legged friend with you.

Parking can be tricky since there are only three parking spaces out front. Your best bet is to park at the paid lot near Jax by the Trax restaurant. If you park on the street, just read the signs carefully for any parking restrictions. The good news is Dark Horse is right downtown, so walking is easy!
Pricing is fair for the quality – expect to pay around $3-6 for a 12 oz coffee or tea. They roast their beans there so the coffee & espresso are stellar as well as their chai. Try their unique Pirate’s Matcha! It’s matcha with Chai, sweetened with molasses.
Baked goods like muffins and cookies are $2-4 each. Breakfast items like egg sandwiches, breakfast burritos, and waffles cost $4-6. Lunch paninis and salads range from $8-12. Definitely affordable for the area!

Cornerstone Bakery has a large variety of pastries, cookies, etc to choose from. They also have a fridge that has take-and-bake items (homemade pies, brownies, etc).
There is nowhere to sit other than the one little bench out front so just grab your stuff and walk about town or head to the local river and enjoy your baked goods!
