FiftyFifty Brewing Co.
Located in the heart of downtown Truckee, FiftyFifty Brewing Co. is a must-visit for beer lovers. They offer a wide selection of beers on tap, including their award-winning Eclipse series of barrel-aged stouts.
FiftyFifty also has a full kitchen and a lively atmosphere, making it a great spot for lunch or dinner. Some of our favorite dishes are the Bison burger, Birria Tacos and Mac and Cheese.
Both indoor and outdoor seating is available and pets are welcome on the patio. For those seeking a break from the touristy restaurants in the town center, FiftyFifty is a delightful alternative. Offering reasonable prices, generous portions, and excellent service, this brewery is an ideal choice for lunch or dinner in Truckee. Whether you’re a beer enthusiast or simply in search of a casual dining experience, Fifty Fifty is well worth a visit.

Truckee Brewing Company
Known for its innovative and experimental brews, Truckee Brewing Co. is a popular spot for locals and visitors alike. They offer a rotating selection of beer (mostly pale ales and IPA’s) with indoor and outdoor seating. They have a very limited menu so stick with the pizza or the wings.
This location is not pet friendly. Truckee Brewing Company does not fill Growlers, they have their own version, in a can, called a Crowler!

Alibi Ale Works – Truckee Public House
With a focus on using locally sourced and sustainably produced ingredients, Alibi Ale Works has quickly become a favorite among Truckee residents. Their Truckee Public House location offers a range of beers, including their popular hazy IPAs and refreshing lagers. They offer 18+ frequently-rotating Alibi beers on draft, as well as cider, wine, nitro coffee, kombucha, and other non-alcoholic options.
Alibi Ale Works also has a dog-friendly patio, making it a great spot for beer and outdoor fun. An additional perk is the private parking! Downtown Truckee is notoriously hard to find parking so this is a huge perk!

Donner Creek Brewing
Tucked away just south of Truckee, Donner Creek Brewing offers house beers plus guest taps to choose from. They offer a range of canned beers in their fridge case. Food options are pretty limited however they do offer a few variations of grilled cheese.
Donner Creek Brewing is pet-friendly and pets are allowed on the patio.
